Sweet and Spicy Rub
Gluten Free
Makes approximately 1/4 cup
Ingredients--
1/4 cup brown sugar, not packed
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Dash of cayenne
1. In a small dish, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Store in a covered jar or container until ready to use.
Nutrition Information-- approximately 24 calories per serving (about 2 tsp of dry rub)
