Baked Applesauce

I first saw Baked Applesauce on ElanasPantry.com and wondered why I never thought of it myself! It's so simple and delicious, you will never make applesauce on the stove again. The recipe can also easily be altered to serve more people by simply using a larger baking dish and more apples (The original recipe used 12 apples). If you need something to serve with your applesauce, try these scrumptious latkes--
